1. Introduction

Certalune provides certification-oriented training programs through the domain certalune.site. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, digital products, and goods.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our offerings. By accessing our site, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to these terms.

3. Services

Our live or recorded training programs prepare participants for certification examinations and practical application of skills.

4. Digital Products

Informational materials, such as e-learning modules, digital guides, and online resources, are delivered instantly upon confirmation of payment.

5. Goods

Physical materials, including printed guides and related items, are shipped to the address you specify.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees are listed on our site and are payable in advance. We accept major credit cards and other common methods. Access to digital materials is granted after successful payment processing.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that needs may change. Our policy varies by offering type:

7.1 Services (Certification Programs)

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before start date receive a 50% refund of the paid fee.
No refund is available after the program start date. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort if you request the change at least 7 days before the original start date.

7.2 Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery of digital materials, all sales are final. No refunds are available for digital products.

7.3 Goods

Items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition for a refund of the paid fee.
Shipment back costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the item sent back.

8. Transfer Policy

Requests to transfer service enrollment must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the session start date via our Contact Form. Transfers are subject to availability and may require an adjustment fee if the fee for the new session differs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All offerings are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Certalune does not guarantee that any certification outcomes will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

Certalune is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings, except as prohibited by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on certalune.site. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
